Hands-On BFR Masterclass
BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION (BFR) TRAINING
From Science to Clinical Practice
A Hands-On Masterclass for Physiotherapists
Canadian Clinical Perspective. Practical Application for Indian Physiotherapists.
What if your patients can’t lift heavy — but still need to build strength?
Discover how Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training can support muscular adaptations using lighter resistance loads in appropriately selected patients.
Join Avinash (Avi) Singh, Canadian Registered Physiotherapist, Adjunct Professor at McMaster University, and Founder & CEO of Precision Physiotherapy Group, for an intensive, hands-on masterclass focused on the science, safety, and clinical application of BFR training.
