Refund Policy
Effective Date: 12 May 2026
1. Memberships & Packages
- All memberships, packages, workshops, and promotional offers are generally non refundable and non-transferable.
- Once activated, memberships/packages cannot be paused, exchanged, or refunded except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.
2. Trial Sessions
Trial session fees are non-refundable.
3. Workshops & Events
Workshop/event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Samyah Wellness.
4. Medical Exceptions
Refunds or extensions due to medical reasons may be considered only upon submission of valid medical documents and are solely at management discretion.
5. Cancellation by Samyah Wellness
If Samyah Wellness cancels a service permanently and an alternative cannot be provided, a partial refund or credit note may be considered.
6. Missed Sessions
Unused or missed sessions due to absence, travel, scheduling conflicts, or late arrivals shall not be refunded or extended.
7. Payment Disputes
Any payment dispute must be reported within 7 days of transaction date.
8. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds, if any, may take 7–15 business days depending on banking/payment gateway processes.
